Professional Project

Dissertation

In my senior year, I had the opportunity to engage in school-sponsored research focused on students' complaining behavior. This research, which is also my graduate thesis, aimed to identify factors influencing students' intentions to express complaints to their school, whether through direct face-to-face communication or via the Internet.

The findings provided valuable insights to address the root causes of student dissatisfaction and manage complaint behavior effectively. This, in turn, contributed to enhancing student satisfaction and the overall identity of the school. The experience was captivating as it allowed me to delve into people's perceptions and behaviors while actively assisting the school in resolving underlying issues creatively and intellectually. My study was published by the school, recognizing its significant contribution to shedding light on pertinent school issues.
